Why we publish our prices (and why most don't).

The HVAC industry has a dirty secret called "route pricing." Software that changes what the company charges you based on your zip code, the weather, the day of the week, and how desperate you sound on the phone. That's why you can call three companies and get three wildly different numbers for the same part.

We don't do that. A capacitor is $135. An ignitor is $185. A service call is $79. Same price for you, same price for your neighbor. Same price at 2am as at 2pm.

Publishing the prices keeps us honest. It also saves you from the "while I'm here" sales pitch. If you know what a capacitor costs before we show up, there's no room for a $500 upsell on a $135 part.

Questions about pricing.

Why do you publish your prices when most HVAC companies don't?

Because we can. Most of the industry hides pricing so they can quote you whatever the "route pricing" software says based on your zip code and the weather. We use flat-rate pricing on common parts, the same price for every customer, and we post it on the website so you can check before we show up.

What does the $79 service call cover?

It covers us coming out and diagnosing the problem. If you approve a repair, that $79 is separate from the repair itself (parts + labor). We tell you the price before we do any work.

Do you charge extra for nights, weekends, or holidays?

No. The service call is $79 flat, any time. This is unusual in HVAC. Most companies charge a significant overtime premium after 5pm and on weekends. We don't.

Do I need a membership or service plan to get these prices?

No. These are the everyday prices for every customer. We do offer maintenance plans for people who want to be on a regular schedule, but they aren't required to get fair repair pricing.

How much does a new HVAC system cost?

It depends on your home — size, ductwork, equipment tier. We quote every installation up-front with all-in pricing (equipment + labor + permits + disposal of the old unit). Call (513) 260-4026 and we'll come out and give you a straight number, not a range.

What if the part I need isn't on this list?

We have flat-rate pricing for hundreds of common parts. This list shows the most common calls. Once we diagnose your specific issue, we share the part price before we do any work.
