Efficiency choices, explained plainly.
AFUE is the percentage of gas your furnace turns into actual heat. 80% means 80 cents of every dollar becomes warmth. 95% means 95 cents. The higher the number, the lower the gas bill.
Reliable, simple, fewer parts to fail. Good for tighter budgets or homes you'll sell in the next few years.
High-efficiency. Typically pays back the upgrade in 5–7 years on Cincinnati gas bills. Sweet spot for most homeowners.
Variable-speed blower, modulating gas valve. Quieter, more even heating, lowest utility bill. Worth it on long-term homes.
